לקראת סיום המחזור השני ב’דף היומי בהלכה’ של ארגון דרשו, משלחת רבנים מהעולם היהודי יצאה למסע תפילה מיוחד על קבריהם של גדולי ליטא ובלארוס, ובראשם מרן החפץ חיים זי”ע. המסע יצא לדרך בי”ח שבט והסתיים בכ’ שבט, במוצאי שבת פרשת יתרו (20-22 לינואר).
המסע נפתח במעמדי תפילה שנערכו על קברו של מרן החפץ חיים בראדין ועל קברו של מרן הגר”א בווילנא. כמו כן המשלחת ערכה מעמדי תפילה ביער פונאר שבו נרצחו כ-70 אלף מיהודי ליטא, על קברו של ה”ברכת שמואל”, בבתי כנסת היסטוריים, ב”פורט השביעי” שבו נרצחו רבי אלחנן וסרמן הי”ד ותלמידי ישיבת ברנוביץ, ובקברים נוספים.
בשבת נערך במלון קמפינסקי שבווילנא מעמד הקונוונשן לצירי דרשו מאירופה ומישראל יחד עם משלחת הרבנים, ובמוצאי שבת נערכו מושבי דיונים מיוחדים לקידום לימוד ההלכה בעולם היהודי. לאחר מכן נערך הסיום הראשון בשרשרת הסיומים בדף היומי בהלכה.
The Full Video: The journey to Radin and Vilna – the Tefillah Trip and Shabbos Convention – Dirshu 5782
As we draw to the close of the second cycle of Dirshu’s “Daf Hayomi B’halachah”, a delegation of rabbis from the Jewish world left for a special Tefillah Trip at the gravesites of the gedolim of Lithuania and Belarus, headed by Maran, the Chofetz Chaim. The trip left on 18th Shvat and ended on 20th Shvat, Motzai Shabbos Parshas Yisro (January 20-22).
The trip began with tefillos at the gravesite of Maran the Chofetz Chaim in Radin, and at the gravesite of the Vilna Gaon in Vilna. Likewise, the delegation held tefillos in the Paneriai (Ponar) Forest where around 70,000 Lithuanian Jews were slaughtered, at the gravesite of the Birchas Shmuel, in historic shuls, at the Seventh Fort where Rav Elchonon Wasserman and students of the Baranowitz Yeshiva were murdered, and at other graves.
On Shabbos, the Convention for the Dirshu delegates from Europe and Israel together with the delegation of rabbis was held at the Kempinski Hotel, Vilnius (Vilna), and on Motzai Shabbos, there were special discussion sessions regarding the advancement of learning halachah in the Jewish world. Later, the first siyum in the chain of Daf Hayomi B’halachah siyumim was held.
