Israeli police and Palestinians clashed in Bethlehem on Friday amid escalating violence.
Locals could be seen setting tyres alight and throwing rocks as riot police fired tear gas at the crowds.
The clash comes amid the worst outbreak of violence in the region since 2014 in the long-running Israeli-Palestinian conflict, with some 122 Palestinians, including 31 children, having died, as well as at least seven Israelis, as Israeli forces and Palestinian militants have exchanged airstrikes and rocket fire over the last week.
