Israeli warplanes bombed the Al-Walid building in Gaza City on Thursday shortly after an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) authority allegedly warned the residents to evacuate the premises.

Footage shows a phone call allegedly between the owner of building Muhammad Al-Turk and an IDF officer and the exact moment the building was hit. Al-Turk later looked on as the building crumbled to the ground.

The shelling came amid ongoing tensions between Israel and Palestine which have killed dozens in its wake.
