Locals placed candles at a makeshift memorial site set up outside a Tel Aviv bar on Friday after two were killed and as many as 13 people were injured when a Palestinian terrorist opened fire on Ilka Bar guests, on Thursday night. “It’s a crime to shoot people who just came to hang out and have fun. It can’t be forgiven but despite that, we need to strengthen the moderate political forces, punish and chase the terrorists, and live back to normal,” said a member of Tel Aviv’s city council Mital Lehavi close to the memorial marked by candles, flowers and Israeli flags.
A 28-year-old Palestinian Ra’ad Hazem was identified as the assailant and was killed hours later in Jaffa on Friday morning.
