ישיבת הכותל משיקה קליפ מיוחד ליום ירושלים: שירת המונים של חיבורים – כמו ירושלים שחוברה לה יחדיו
לרגל יום ירושלים, משיקה ישיבת הכותל קליפ שירת המונים מרגש וייחודי בהשתתפות מאות מתלמידי הישיבה, יחד עם הזמר עמיחי פלסר. הקליפ כולל מחרוזת שירים המביעה את הכמיהה לציון ולבניין ירושלים: “והראנו בבניינו ושמחנו בתיקונו”, “והביאותים אל הר קדשי”, “ויבנה המקדש”.
הקליפ צולם על רקע נופיה של ירושלים – הרובע היהודי, רחבת הכותל והמקומות בהם פועלת ישיבת הכותל יום-יום – אך מעבר לתמונות ולצלילים, הוא מבטא את הרוח הייחודית של הישיבה: רוח של חיבורים.
כמו שירושלים “חוברה לה יחדיו”, כך גם ישיבת הכותל מחברת יחד עולמות – חיבור של תורה, מדינה וצבא, חיבור בין תלמידים מרחבי הארץ ומהעולם – כולם נפגשים בלב ליבה של ירושלים, ללמוד תורה בגדלות ובמשמעות, מתוך מחויבות עמוקה לעם, לארץ ולמדינה.
הקליפ מבקש להעביר את מה שקורה יום-יום במסדרונות בית המדרש של ישיבת הכותל: חיבור בין ירושלים של מעלה לירושלים של מטה, חיבור בין שמים לארץ, בין ערגה לעתיד לבניין המקדש לבין מחויבות לעשייה ולימוד סמוך למקום הכי קדוש בעולם.
ראש הישיבה, הרב ברוך וידר, מסביר: “יום ירושלים עבורנו הוא לא רק חג של היסטוריה – אלא של שליחות. של הקשבה לקול הגדול של הדורות, ושל אמירה ברורה – אנחנו כאן, בלב ירושלים, כדי לבנות, ללמוד, להתחבר. הקליפ הזה מבטא את התנועה הזאת – של תורה שמרוממת את החיים, של תלמידים שמודים על תהליך הגאולה ונושאים עיניים למעלה ומייחלים ל’והראנו בבניינו”.

Yeshivat HaKotel Presents a Special Music Video for Yom Yerushalayim
In honor of Yom Yerushalayim, Yeshivat HaKotel is pround to present a unique and moving music video, featuring hundreds of the yeshiva’s students alongside singer Amichai Flesser. The clip includes a medley of songs expressing the longing for Zion and the rebuilding of Jerusalem, such as: “VeHareinu BeVinyano” [Show us its rebuilding and gladden us with its restoration]” “ VaHaviotim El Har Kodshi [I will bring them to My holy mountain],” and “Yibaneh Hamikdash [The Temple shall be rebuilt]
.”
The video was filmed against the backdrop of Jerusalem’s scenery – the Jewish Quarter, the Western Wall plaza, and the various locations where Yeshivat HaKotel operates daily. But beyond the sights and sounds, it conveys the unique spirit of the yeshiva: a spirit of connection.
Just as Jerusalem is described as “A city that brings together,” Yeshivat HaKotel unites different worlds – the connection between Torah, state, and army; between students from across Israel and around the globe. All come together in the heart of Jerusalem to learn Torah with greatness and purpose, driven by a deep commitment to the nation, the land, and the state.
The video shares a glimpse into what happens every day in the Beit Midrash of Yeshivat HaKotel: A fusion between the heavenly and earthly Jerusalem, a connection between heaven and earth, between yearning for the future rebuilding of the Temple and a tangible commitment to action and learning near the holiest place in the world.
Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Baruch Wieder explains
“For us, Yom Yerushalayim is not only a celebration of history – it is a day of mission. A day of listening to the great voice of the generations, and making a clear statement – we are here, in the heart of Jerusalem, to build, to learn, to connect. This video expresses that very movement – of Torah that elevates life, of students who give thanks for the process of redemption, lift their eyes upward, and long for the day we will truly ‘see it rebuilt.’”
