NJ Rising Stars is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering teens by placing them in a dynamic and supportive work environment. We operate as a reverse logistics center, partnering with companies like Amazon,eBay, liquidation companies, and private labels to handle their overstock and returns.

Here’s how we make it happen:
✅ Test and ensure products are functioning properly
✅ Fix items when needed
✅ Grade, repackage, and relist under refurbished brands

Our mission goes beyond work. We’re affiliated with many community organizations and offer:
💵 Paid opportunities for teens
🕯️ Shabbatons, learning programs, and speeches from rabbis and businessmen
📚 Full-time Rabbi mentoring and learning with the boys
🙏 Davening and a great chill spot
🎉 Programs to inspire and entertain
