Reb Tzvi Meir Zilberberg Shlita Giving a Chizuk drasha In Pupa-Willamsburg 2009

A child prodigy and grandson of R Gedalia Schorr, who quickly became the genius of Slabodka yeshivah, R Zilberberg was known for his extreme diligence, spirited davening and tremendous thirst for learning. While in yeshivah he became extremely close to the Amshinover rebbe, with whom he continues to meet on a weekly basis. He was instrumental in forming the Nachlas Yaakov community, of which he became the rosh chaburah (a humble mans term for leader).

R Zilberbergs parsha classes, delivered on erev Shabbos, are broadcasted worldwide, and his seudah shlishit talks have become a famous attraction in Jerusalem. Hundreds throng to hear his powerful messages, to sing, to dance, and to come away inspired. The students of Derech HaMelech are no exception, and much of the yeshivas Shabbos activities revolve around the Nachlas Yaakov community. R Zilberberg advises boys on personal matters and speaks in the yeshiva as well.
