Shmuel Balter is a One Man Band who just located to Lakewood. Originally from Toronto, Shmuel has been playing at premier events for the past four years. This collection of second dance songs featuring Simcha Jacoby was arranged, played and mixed by Shmuel himself. Included in the medley is MBD’s great new hit Boee Kallah and Dovid Gabay’s first song on his debut album, Sois Osis with a whole new twist!
