Thousands of Jewish worshipers performed the annual Kohanim prayer (Priest’s blessing) during the Sukkot holiday at the Western Wall in the Old City of Jerusalem on Wednesday.

As usual, the mass priestly blessing was performed by male Jews who can trace their lineage back to the priestly caste.

The ceremony was held without any coronavirus restrictions for the first time in two years.
