Remarks by Senator Cory Booker (D-New Jersey) to over 1,000 attendees at a bipartisan event hosted by Tzedek Association on February 25, 2024. Senator Booker, who has previously partnered with Tzedek on a number of criminal justice reform efforts, especially the First Step Act, expressed excitement and optimism in working to expand coverage for infertility treatment for millions of Americans, an effort he is proud to partner with Tzedek on.

Senator Booker then received the Tzedek Association Service Appreciation Award, presented at the event by Tzedek supporter R’ Shimmy Galandauer.

The event was held at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel in honor of the president and founder of Tzedek, Rabbi Moshe Margaretten. The event was an evening of appreciation for Tzedek’s many volunteers and partners, without whom Tzedek would be unable to do its important work.
