Remarks by Senator JD Vance (R-Ohio) to over 1,000 attendees at a bipartisan event hosted by Tzedek Association on February 25, 2024. Senator Vance praised the work of Tzedek including efforts to expand coverage for infertility treatment, as well as supporting the formerly incarcerated because we are a country of second chances. The Senator also discussed the importance of parents being able to educate their children in accordance with their values, the importance of religious freedom and he discussed at length the urgent need to combat the ugly rise in anti-semitism.

The event was held at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel in honor of the president and founder of Tzedek, Rabbi Moshe Margaretten. The event was an evening of appreciation for Tzedek’s many volunteers and partners, without whom Tzedek would be unable to do its important work.
