Satmar Chassidim rejoice with a new Torah on the streets of Kiryas Yoel. The Hachnosas Sefer Torah procession went out from the Rebbe's home on Sanz Court and was inaugurated at Yeshiva Gedolah Snif Vayoel Moshe.
